Yes, it's the same as all other LR3's when it's not locked. -
Roof Rack Key
The roof rail keys are small luggage looking keys. They should have been with the keys you got when you got the vehicle, if the dealer installed the rails. If not, just go back and ask them for some. I'm sure any good dealer would hook you up with some. -

Yes, we did Black Bear in 07 and 08, but not last year. Got rained out the first day. That's not a trail you want to do in pouring rain. So we went back and got it the next day. Did Poughkeepsie all the way through as well, including the Wall. Got 4 LR3's and 2 Sports up without winching. Lots... -

Infact car seats - does anyone have a stright answer ?
If you only have one, there shouldn't be any issue. Just put it in the middle and you'll still be able to access the rear 3rd row from either side. All three spots in the 2nd row have the newest type of anchor connections that work with all the latest infant seat models. We had no problems with... -

Works great. It's a double piston model, so it's very fast. It was the one recommended by the 4x4 pro shop. Feels really solid. Never any problems. -

I thought about doing that, but the portable version is so much more versatile. I have the Viair 440p. You'd have to open your hood to use the setup you're talking about anyway. So why not just get the portable one that connects to the battery? That way you can use it wit other vehicles as well... -

Duckdive's rig is actually dark blue. Spiker's black one had black rattle-canned five spoke LR wheels but he moved his photobucket. :confused: -
I know the LR3 has a rock crawl mode, but...
You could do those trails no problem. Just take along someone with more experience and the patience to spot you, and trust them. You'll surprise yourself at how much you can get over easily. -
anyone seen these bumpers?
Not a fan of the rear one. The set of black 19" wheels with MTR's is worth something though. Those are still very expensive and hard to find.
