We, too, are empty nesters out west who chose the LR4 for exactly the same reasons. The search for a vehicle with six feet of flat floor plus 4wd ground clearance turned up no other option. It is a truly excellent choice. -

I don't suppose brake boost is adjustable is it? My Carolina will get her new LR4 Monday and she's nervous about how sensitive the brakes were on the test drive last January. I told her she'll get used to it right away. -

Dealer founnd our color/model in his "pipeline" with deadline for tweaking packages of Feb 3. We made deposit Feb 2 and it's here now. POE is Georgia for Texas I believe. 2015 LR4 HSE Lux CorrisGray/Ebony with Tow Pkg and Sirius. Woohoo! -

Is SSB 72146 posted somewhere? Guess we'd better pull fuse 16 in the meantime. Wonder if this is a matter of shielding the box or nearby CAN twisted pair. -

Distance from ball to safety chain hooks Trying to adjust length of way-long safety chains to work on both LR and Touareg, where the ball is about 9 inches behind chain hooks. Is this about like '15 LR4? -

Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 Review
Just wondering if anyone could comment on how the WRG2 performs. Would not expect it to do as well as R2 of course. I like it on my V10 Touareg for handling high speed desert road as well as CO snow pack dirt.
