Yeah, two adaptation resets. I'll probably try a third in a week or two. One thing that has improved is the kick down when you floor it lol- Bogwhoppit

To make myself clear, there was absolutely no jerkiness prior to the oil change, and the magnets were completely clean, which for 90K is quite remarkable. I'm all about preventative maintenance, (why I installed the kit in the first place) and wouldn't be changing my tranny oil to fix a problem...- Bogwhoppit

Having purchased a kit from AB, I decided to have a shop perform the install of new oil pan, filter, paper gasket, sleeve, and ZF Lifeguard fluid (2010 LR4 @ 90,861 miles) The install went well with the exception they had to cut the old pan in half in order to remove it, due to the hacksaw blade...- Bogwhoppit

LR4 Gremlins
Fully charge your battery, and clear all of your codes. Mine used to go a bit weird (radio power button dies, or the screen goes off by itself) if the battery was a bit low. Installing a new battery solved those problems.- Bogwhoppit

Looking at the LR4 for a family hauler
My vote goes for the Audi Q7 with a diesel engine, if you are not doing intensive off road. Btw if you go LR4 and take it off road you really don't need the HD package unless you are doing the Rubicon. The road handing, space and mpg of the Audi TDI 19/28mpg can't be beaten - 700+ miles on a...- Bogwhoppit

2011 LR4 - MPG getting worst
I'll chime in here. K&N are shite. Hold them to a light and holes everywhere. Anyone who says they do better at filtering than paper is on crack. The fine oily cotton hairs do make it onto the MAF. From my own personal experience of running them on my old M3 track car. I ended up using the foam...- Bogwhoppit

My '13 let's me start without the key fob and drive far away...
My 2010 also does this. It was a close call. I was in the next town on my way to the hardware store, and I decided to nip in the car wash. Thank the lord, as I waited in line hunting for my wallet, I realized I didn't have the bloody key! I promptly got out of line and drove home.- Bogwhoppit

Hello all.
I'm surprised you aren't put off by the perceived horrors of LR reliability, Toyota forums are full of it. Anyway, on that note after 82K miles, my 2010 LR4 had a strange glitch with the radio (turned out to be a connector under the passenger seat) that's it. I think after driving a 4runner...- Bogwhoppit
