hi chongo .. i think ive sorted it? its definitly in the injection pump.. i ve spoken to one or two other disco owners with the 300tdi with edc and have been told its not abnormal for these pumps to buzz ? iwill keep an eye on it but it is going really well at the moment.. thanks for the... -

im pretty sure its inside the injection pump , its a edc setup? whats inside these that purely mechanical pumps dont have ..im thinking of converting it to a pre edc mechanical pump as i have to strip it to change my cambelt very soon..whats your thoughts on doing this swop? regards glenn -
