New LCA Bushings for alignment?
are we talking those solid polyurethane bushings? good grief, why? I had those on a bmw for a while, trying to solve a vibration issue. a) made it worse b) destroyed the ball joint on the other end, as the poly was way to stiff for the system c) nonstop creaking... go OEM bushings or name... -

LR4 5.0 Chain Guides actual problem?
Has anyone here actually, personally done the tensioner/rail job, "zip tie" method, ie leaving the valve covers on? I'm at the point where the rail is loose but I can't figure out how to actually wiggle it out. RR documentation for the procedure doesn't reference anything special. ??? BTW...
