How To remove LR3/LR4 Plastic Caps securing Roof ditch molding
thanks for posting. saved me the trouble. I ended up using curved needle nose pliers and was able to grab the edge and after 3 rotations I could turn them by hand.- CHRIS GRAFF

Suspension faults
This happened in my 2013 LR4 after a flat front tire. I have the lift rods on and had to put the factory rods back on to run the calibration. After that the lift rods are back on and no issues since.- CHRIS GRAFF
