Bad can be open for interpretation by the warranty company; but it is making noise. I did pull up the BBB report on Warranty Solutions out of Denver and of course there are a lot of horror stories.- Mark Spurlock

The warranty is covered by a 3rd party company and I purchased the lifetime warranty when I obtained the car in 2015 from a large used car dealership in the DFW area. The dealership obviously can't say what the warranty company will do.- Mark Spurlock
