high frequency vibration/noise

2010 Range Rover
I have high frequency vibration that is very apparent in the steering wheel in park at idle. The frequency increases with higher rpm and is also audible. Any chance this could be the air pump? I considered the power steering pump but it seems to be fine as turning steering wheel lock to lock...- Bobby F
