2015 LR4 shifter
My round shifter that goes up and down , periodically will not go up. I can still turn the shifter into gear with it in the down position. My mechanic couldn't figure it out snd told me to go to the dealer. Any ideas on what it could be??- janet dyer

Shifter Knob Won't Budge
I was finally getting almost close to 5,000 trouble-free miles when this happened. Went to start the truck and the selector knob popped up but will not turn to go into any gear.
