LR4 V8 smog help - catalytic monitor won't get to ready state
2010 LR4 V8 with 240k miles. Trying to get CA smog, but the catalytic monitor won't get to ready state, so it won't pass smog (the other two monitors do pass - O2 and Evap). Injectors were replaced last year and the fuel trims look ok (within +/- 4%). 1) anyone have this issue? 2) is there a...
