I posted about this a while back and some folks said the CA car cover was very good. I think it's important to have a good cover, soft interior, and be allowed to breathe.
I am also in Northern CA and my truck is parked outside. I've been thinking about a cover for a while. Keep me posted on what you find.

I have the OEM one. It is nice. It is not waterproof and not intended to be so in case that is what you need.
