    Yes, you should be able to fit the RR 3.9 into your landy. Have you got the complete RR?( i only ask because this will make your job easier!) Try to get the haynes manuals for the RR and the LR that you have or will be using!

    re engine of choice Best and easiest option is to find an old SD1 rover with a V8 and transplant that into your L/R. Any other option is going to involve more surgery!
