    Odometer Resetting?

Over the last few weeks, 9 out of 10 times I get in my LR3 ('05) my trip odometer is reset back to 0.0...weird. Is this a sign of needing to replace the battery? No other symptoms though... Any thoughts?

Land Rover Lr3 A-Frame Protection Bar - $300 (Los Angeles, CA)

I messaged him last week about the lamp guards and never heard anything.

Looking to buy 2005 LR3 SE with 139k miles.

I'm here in Nashville and bought my '05 from Chad and the guys at the dealership. They are phenomenal. If they've been taking care of it you've got nothing to worry about the work that's been done. They always shoot straight on what needs to be done vs what could be done...doesn't always make...

The obligatory "Show off your LR3' thread

Guess I can only post 1 pic from the iPad at a time. Here's the Rover at the end of the trail. About 3/4 mile back on some good old forest service roads. Fun mud and trails to get there...up and down some ruts and good ravines. Our second day there an Xterra came lumbering down the trail and...

    LR3 not accelerating properly....

Had mine fixed under warranty. They said it was a software issue...whatever it was I could tell a difference.

    Lowering suspension

Can you switch from 4 HI to 4 LO? When I first bought my LR3 I had the same suspension problem...and the 4 HI/LO switch didn't work either. Don't know what the cause ended up being since it was fix-it item at the time of sale for the dealership.

    Ants in the cab

Thanks for the help everybody. I set some ant traps under the seats last weekend and I haven't seen any ants in the last couple days. Looks like that worked. Also, Mike, thanks for instructing me on the proper care of the interior of my vehicle and giving me the guidance on what I should or...

    Ants in the cab

I've somehow acquired ants in the cab of my LR3. They seem to show up on my dash every morning...just 2 or 3 at a time. Then I'll see them when I get back in the car after work. No food in the car. My wife took the car this weekend and left it parked for about 36 hours...said they were in...

questions from (soon to be) new LR owner

So what was the final verdict? Did you end up with one? Had mine for about 16 months now and couldn't be happier, but I do agree with Houm, if you have no desire to go off road...you might be better suited in something else. Otherwise, you won't find a better camping/trail riding vehicle.

    Question 2-Mouting Lights

2nd question of the night: I'd like to get more light for when we're camping. I don't have a roof rack cause I use Yakima bars to carry the kayaks so that mounting option is gone. I'm not totally sold on the look of either factory brush bar options...definitely like the wrap around better...

    Question 1-Reverse Sensors

I did a search and the closest thread was the "speaker blown" thread...but I think mine is a little different. Here are the different things that could happen when I put it in reverse: -Normal beep and the reverse sensor works fine. -Sounds like the speaker is blown but the reverse sensor...

The obligatory "Show off your LR3' thread

Took a quick day and a half trip to do our first camping of 2012. First time taking kayaks with us. Grabbed this picture after I had taken the kayaks down...didn't think about getting a picture with it all loaded up. (Forgive the artsiness of this photo, I snapped with hipstamatic on my iphone.)
