    I had that kind of problem also with my '97 Disco 1. My mechanic told me to change the catalytic converter and since then (more than a year ago) it never reappeared again. I cannot refer you to my mechanic unfortunately because we are located accross the pacific. Good luck!

    This is where you adjust the cushion and move the seat backward or forward. It is attached to the sides of the center console. I am trying to replace the switch seat cover and I couldn't figure out how to remove the knobs. I will try to attach photos later. thanks.

    Thanks DiscoMike. We don't have Best Buy from where I live but there's a lot of repair shops. The radio is working perfectly fine except for the cassette tape player. I would like to retain the stock radio as much as possible because it still has the land rover logo printed on it.
