Service engine soon after oxygen sensor
If you replace an Oxygen sensor you should clear the light with a scan tool and reset engine adaptions with that tool. -

Error codes
Luckily the newer MAF sensors are not too expensive. Some of the older rover products can run over $700 for a MAF sensor. -

water in spark plug
Probably has a slipped sleeve in the the block. Common for an overheated engine. You could try a machine shop to fix the sleeve, but it is probably best to find a junkyard engine. -

Electric Fan ???
The LR3 has a fan with an electrical connector. If you took off your fan the truck would know and not be happy. The connector is on the left side(drivers) of the shroud if you don't believe me. I don't think removing the fan gives that big of a boost in fuel economy anyhow. I took the fan off... -

I don't think there is going to be much to do in the dark anyway. If your batt is dead it wouldn't light anyhow. -

Fuel cap loose or missing?

Hard to know what the exact problem is without getting some codes out of it. Worn rotors shouldn't be too bad unless they are warped (causes pulsation in pedal). -

Sounds like a misfire to me. I would go with the seafoam. It is the cheapest thing to do. I wouldn't think that the t-box would be causing this. -
