New RRSsc pricing Help Wanted !
Managed to get 4k off the price on a 2007 RRSsc and a good deal on finance along with a company discount from my employers relations with Ford... well pleased !.... but now its in for repair after somone ran into the car after 1 week doing 6000 $ damage :-( Such is life !- ayates

Hi, Im just looking at purchacing a new RRSsc to replace my LR3 and just wondering if anyone has an idea of a best price to pay, I know the book price and probably the demand is high (or so the dealer says) but looking for a good negotiation starting point ... consumer reports say 64,902 but...- ayates

Thank you Hyundai very entertaining TV ad last night showing how they compare their Santa Fe to a LR3. Apparently the Santa Fe is better in all ways except the Cup Holders ... quick better run out and trade up to a new Hyundai but just remembering I cannot stop by Starbucks as my cup holders... -

How are Freelanders in Snow?
Hi, I ran a Freelander 3door SE over in Norway 2004 - 2006 were we had lots and lots of snow and ice during the winter. Most weekends we would be in the hills and the car performed very well fitted with BFG ATs rather than the std Goodyear tyres. I only got stuck once but that was my fault...- ayates

relpacing the stereo
radio head change out I remember that I replaced the std radio in my UK spec 03 Freebie with a system from Alpine, I had a specialist do it at the time but it was a quick job and in the end the remote volume and station change on the stearing wheel worked as well. Know it doesnt help answer...- ayates

CD stuck in player
Yep had the same problem with a CD Error message ... ended up changing out the entire unit.... but never did get my CD's back from LR .... the dealer has to send it back to LR to open up the unit. Adrian
