2003 Land Rover Discovery 110k miles Vehicle Jerks when Cold P0722
So i replaced the Speed transducer (Speedometer transmitter) Dealer Part Number: stc4444 p4019-178635 and new oil filter and gaskets. I'm still getting the same symptoms and same code... I had the battery and alternator checked out and they both passed. Any other ideas? -

Question Regarding 06 Range Rover Sport Maintenance
According to the dealership I need a power steering fluid flush and a fuel injection service. I'm kinda surprised these weren't covered under Land Rover"s 45,000 mile maintenance service. My Range currently has 32,000 miles. So what kind of power steering fluid do you guys recommend?- umoms

02 Freelander Timing Belt
Ok so i replaced both heads with reman's. Still got some ticking noise...I thought it was the lifters...Replaced those... Still ticking.... Now i hear the ticking from inside the upper intake manifold. I took it apart and i see a long stem with gears? And it has this number written on it...- umoms

1998 Discovery Power Seats and Radio
On my 98 Disco both the passenger and driver side seats arent working. I couldn't locate a fuse for it but I noticed a bunch of relays under neath driver side seat. Could one of them control the power seats. If so, which one? Also my radio is not turning on at all. I do even see the clock... -

2001 Range Rover HSE Check Engine Light
Ok..On second thought I think it might be the purge valve.... I took a picture of mine. Is it supposed to be dangling out and not connected to anything? I also noticed a little bit off the rubber of the top is peeling off. The part where the black plastic piece and the grey rubber tubing...- umoms

2001 Range Rover HSE Check Engine Light
Ok replaced the MAFS and I dont get the P0734 codes anymore. I get the P0455 codes still. Every 15 miles or so. I triple checked the gas cap and the purge valve. What do you guys suggest? Try a new gas cap? Or anything else?- umoms

2001 Range Rover HSE Check Engine Light
Its me again :) Cleaned the MAFS again and 20 miles later I get P0734 and P0455. I know P0455 is usually something to do with the gas cap but it looked fine to me.....Maybe it was just a little off... So you guys thing its offically time to change the MAFS? Or other symptoms I should try...- umoms

when cleaning the MAFS do I need to take it fully apart? I can see the MAFS without unplugging the connector. But to remove the connect it has some type of screw and Im sure what tool I need to unscrew it.- umoms

2001 Range Rover HSE Check Engine Light
One more update. Took it to a exhaust shop and there was no leaks. No air intake leaks. Got new fuel in there. I replaced the air filter. It was really old and dirty. I also cleaned out the MAFS with the MAFS cleaner. Cleared the codes and 5 Miles later and now I get P0734 Gear 4...- umoms

2001 Range Rover HSE Check Engine Light
Just another update. I wasnt getting any spark from one of the coils so I replaced it and cleared the codes. Drove it 4 miles and I get the codes P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1) P0174 System Too Lean (Bank 2) Cleared it and drove another 2 miles and same codes. Any new thoughts?- umoms

2001 Range Rover HSE Check Engine Light
Now he says its the ignition coil According to him he has no fuel pressure tester to test the fuel injectors. But he said he took them out to clean them and now they are fine. But he says I need a ignition coil. Its a 2001 Range Rover 4.6 HSE with 88k miles. Do you guy think he maybe right...- umoms

I replaced the Front Drivers Side O2 sensor and so far so good. Drove it for a week and 100 miles so far. I talked to 2 other people who had the same codes and that fixed it for them. Try that out and let me know how it goes for you guys. -
