Brent eagles, you issues sounds like the glove box light is shorting out... remove the light assembly and your issue will go away.

I found my problem. Under the battery were a cluster of wires that had gotten hot and melted, causing shorts. I redid all of them. Everything is working fine except my flood lights, which I don't really care about.
