How Do I Unplug The O2 Sensor From The Computer ,and Can I Disconect Them At The Emc?

Not sure why you want to, but I answered your other post.
Disconnect the cable, watch fuel economy plummet and CATS melt down.
No you can't tell the ECU that they are not there.
Of course you can always go with Mega Squirt and forget about o2 sensors and the ECU... but the cost and aggravation may not make you happy either.
