1999 Disco I Owner's Manual

I just bought a '99 Disco I and the owner's manual was not included. How do I get one? Do I have to purchase one or is there some way I can download a manual?

You can either a) buy one via the dealer, b) buy the RAVE CD via ebay, or c) you may find one at a local junk yard still in the glove box.
