Hello,
I just bought a full size that has fairly low miles (122k), but a recurring MIL. Sometime a few miles, sometimes a couple of hundred miles, but keeps coming back Codes are for intake cam solenoid, both banks. It's never only one side, but both. I had the solenoids replaced, connections and harness looked at, the voltage checked, and timing chain and gears looked at, and supposedly everything looked ok. I changed the oil after an engine flush, but it didn't make a difference. Am I missing something? Do ECMs go bad? I don't know where else to look and I can't get it smogged until I figure it out.
