2007 Land Rover LR3 SE

Im looking into purchasing a 2007 Land Rover LR3 SE with 67,000 miles. What are a few things I need to look for before buying?

LR3's don't seem to have too much going on around 60k. The most common things I've seen close to that mileage is leaking radiators, front differential pinion seals/axle seals, rear axle seal leaks, and EAS compressors. Other than that the LR3's and Sports are pretty solid.

Ok thanks. I was test driving it on the interstate going 65 mph and it was reading 19.4 mpg, do a lot of LR3 owners see this gas mileage?
