2016 Range Rover Supercharged Gear selector

I'm in the middle of replacing my gear selector, I'm finding it very difficult to remove center console plate any advise would be helpful thanks

Usually a combination of screws and very tight clips that require that you pry harder than you like to release. Suggest you find a manual or video of you model before trying too hard.
