Lexol is the best one I've used for cars. I bought a big jug of it years ago that I'm still using now.

I've also toyed with the idea of using either some of my Venitian Shoe Cream or Saphir Medaille d'Or Renovator that I use for my shoes, but that's probably an absurd amount of overkill for a car interior.

I do all the leather in my car every 1-2 months, I just used the chemical guys shampoo and then their conditioner after. It has worked wonders on the leather in my rig. Think the main part of it is making sure you do a good job and getting on a consistent schedule of doing it rather than the actual product you use.
