big problem, inspection

So what was the issue?

it was just a matter of the o2 heater setting. i dont know if the o2 sensor or the cat set yet, but if theres only 2 things not reading right inspection will pass. so once the o2 heater said it was set i was able to pass.

was the engine hot or cold when the test was done

if the engine was hot let it cool down then take it again and get it tested before it gets hot

if the engine was cold then do the opposite.
