cant get freelander inspection

I have a 02 freelander and it will not pass the Texas inspection.
I have changed the O2 sensors and sealed all hose to make sure
it would pass. But just got back from inspection place and the computer
reads O2 sensor NOT READY and EVAP SYSTEM NOT READY and CATALITIC CONVERTER NOT READY. My check engine light is not on, so dont really know why it
will not pass. Please help

You need to drive it for a while to get the system through enough cycles to get in a ready state.

I Don't know what the Texas Inspection involves, but our 2000 FL failed its MOT by high emmissions, in fact the garage owner had to turn other MOT's away while he ran his analiser overnight to clear the sensors. It scraped thru on 2nd attempt but garage said don't bring it back!
