I have a fresh problem with Disco.The driver's window is down and wont come up.I can hear the motor run when I push the button.How do I get the door panel off? Do the pain in the ------ problems ever ease up with these mechanical nightmares?

Second question,Will the motor from the left back window switch with the front?After checking it out I think the gears are worn out.
