Color Code location - Noob Asking

Hi all, my car is white but not sure which white. Where can I find the paint code to enable me to order some touch up paint? Should I buy a couple of bottles form the dealer?

I am also trying to buy mirror covers and thus would like to know what my color code is. Is it stamped somewhere on the body?

I saw mine in the engine bay. I dont remember exactly where, but it was obvious. What year is your LR3? 2005-07 where Chawton white, 08 and on where alaska white.

I will take a look see. Mine is a 2008 model which was originally purchased in September 2007.

Baz, did you ever get the mirror covers? I'm wondering what they look like from the side facing the driver and if you can still see the edge of the original black underneath.

Should be right near the fan shroud when you pop the hood open.
