It's in your manual. "Your Land Rover dealer" is a safe bet.

Engine cooling system:

Specification - LRN2279. Use one part antifreeze to one part water for protection down to -40°C (-40°F.) Land Rover recommends Castrol antifreeze SF.

Caution: Be aware that different types of antifreeze are VERY different from each other; even different types from the same manufacturer. The use of non-approved antifreeze will have an adverse effect on the engine cooling system and therefore engine durability.

My owner's manual (05 V8 SE) specifies Texaco XLC antifreeze. An online search showed this product on the European page but not the US. Local (Nevada) auto stores had the Texaco brand but not the XLC type which is a different color from the non XLC product. I finally ended up at the dealer.

I could not find it at any auto parts stores, but Wall-Mart had it.
