Crazy codes, what do I do?????????

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I have a '99 disco II and it is throwing 6 codes.
P0130-
P0171-
P0174-
P0440-
P1172-
P1175-

I take great care of my disco and don't know why it's doing this. Here is a list of what has been done.

K&N air filter
Bosch Plat4's
Royal Purple engine oil w/ K&N filter
Transmission flush w/ new seal and filter
2 new O2 sensors upstream of CAT's
new MAF sensor
New thermostat
New throttle body warmer plate

What is causing all of these codes and How do I fix them.
I don't have a huge budget to work with.

Please help me!!!!

Lets start with the easy stuff... clean the MAF (you may be over oiling the K&N this will **** a MAF fast).

Remove and throw away the Bosch plugs and buy champion Platnium and install. Change the wires if you haven't done so already.
