A short while back I posted that I had a modified set of Halogen headlight assemblies. Basically I seperated the assemblies and painted the non reflective surface satin black. I mainly did this as a trial to see how I would like it on a HID set. I finally got around to finishing the project this weekend and I now have them installed.....I really like the look and will likely do the same treatment to my HID set. Here are a few pics for those of you that previously asked!!
PS: These are for sale too! Please contact via pm only....

Looks like you did a nice job Ryan! Not sure how you did it, but it looks clean! I better go look at my headlights now just to figure out what you did?

I simply removed all the attachment brackets and heated the assembly in the oven (250 for 15mins) Once warm the glue was softened allowing me to remove the lense. Once apart I just removed the outer chrome trim ring, scuffed, cleaned and painted. Followed by reassembly and installation for pics!!! When I do the HID assemblies I'll paint everything except for the silver ring around the projector

Ryan, Forgot to post that I liked your lights. Attached is a an another image I have so you can see what they look like from further back. Previous owner had blacked mine out prior to purchase but really makes it stand out in my opinion.
