Based on my LR4, which should be the same electrically, there are 4 fuses, each controlling the four 12V sockets in the cabin, and 2 relays that power them on/off along with the ignition, a rectangular one for the cigar lighter and a larger, squarish one for the 3 aux sockets. Check fuses 19 (second row), 34 (front seats), 47 (3rd row / trunk) and 55 (cigar lighter), all of them are 15A. Chances of the relays failing are pretty slim, but they are in the same passenger compartment fuse box.

thanks umbertob I only checked the 34 and 47 tomorrow I'll take a look at the others...
yes cmb6s I swapped the front one with one which was and still is working properly, nevertheless I didn't check the fuse 55 which is apparently the cig one I'll update tomorrow after checking it...
