Hi All
Latest problem with our 2000 freelander 1.8
clicking noise from near front side when turning has now turned to more of a clonking, believed to be constant velocity joint. is there any advice on changing unit - or - we have been told rubber casing may have split and we could get away with just stripping it down and cleaning. the beast has only a couple months of life left with us, only scraped thru last MOT so we don't want to spend much. (Looking at a 'proper' Landy when we've saved our pennies)
when we had a coolant problem we found directions to a web site showing diagrams, could anyone point us t a similar site for transmission etc?
