First Time Owner

Hey everyone... Just pulled the trigger last tuesday on a 05 LR3 with 42k on the clock. Overall my impressions are high but I do have a couple concerns. The only reason I purchased this 05 was because it came with a warrantee till 2011 or 100k.... Anyway.. the 2 problems that have occurred so far are the leaking windshield... (leaking on the sides of the windshield pillars and a drip or two from the top by the visors. Mainly water was leaking out of the airbag hole on the side pillars and also dripping down the side of the car on the inside. Second problem is that I cant get the rear parking sensors to work. They will never indicate that there is something behind me when backing up...

Any advise on these issues would be appreciated before I go talk to the goofballs at the dealership...
