I trashed my front inner sensors installing my A Frame protection bar. Not wanting to shell out 100 bucks each I ordered Ford part number 3F2Z-15K859-BA for $32 each off of ebay. Installed them tonight while waiting for the oil to drain while doing my oil change. They work perfectly. I would imagine that they would work for the rear as well the only difference between the front on rear is that the front's have to be a right angle plug in.
Probably a rare need but worth saving some dough if you ever destroy one....or two.
