Fuel Pump prob

morning ,I have a 2006 Range Rover hse ,my fuel pump has failed . I trying to work around ordering the part .I bought a after market fuel pump ,and there is a prob it produces same 70 psi ,but it only has 1 suction valve . the original pump has 2.

Question is there a way for me to alter this pump by splitting the single valve into 2?

i dnt think that would work send it back i found just the pump on ebay for 140 had it overnighted for 60 and installed it and it works
