Fusible link 5 blowing

Hi,

Have a Defenfer TD5 1999, while driving I lost all power, no ignition and discovered that the fusible link 5 blew, i have been trying to figure out why the fusible link is blowing... could it be the relay starter? if it is where is it?

Any assistance would be greatful.
