Hello for York, PA

Just bought a 2005 LR3 with 118K miles. Had some issues and fixed most of them. Sounds like the common problems of the LR3. Fixed leaking sun roof, replaced MAS, spark plugs and throttle body. Still having a miss on cylinder 4. Have also replaced the coil on #4.
Can anyone give some advice before taking it to a shop?
