Well this morning i been standing next to engine, and trying to get down to what causing this new annoying noise.
And it looks like oil pump. Or whatever sits on left side of alternator
At least thats what old "metal rod in the ear" test tends to show.
I dont see any apparent reason for bloody thing to ***** it or bearings on it to go bad all the sudden.
Only thing i can think of - i been running filterMAG for few days, so i sppse if there is enough metal crap floating in system - all of it will come into filter and block it. But then you would think that pressure light should come up.. I'll try to change oil and see if it helps..
Did anyone have some exp. on it (not oil change, but that groaning sound coming from general area on left side of alternator)?
