Look at it this way, $60k for the finest leather, fit and finish. It will get dirty, get cleaned, and will eventually acquire a few stories. If the sealer is good, same story. If it's bad or applied bad, you're screwed. Sealers, coatings, and the like are aftermarket products that the dealer sells at a ridiculous markup. Use that money for a proper detail down the road or a good tinting. This is just my opinion. I went as far as getting seat covers to protect the seats and now $300 worth of covers sit in my garage. Live and learn...

The only experience I have is with Cilajet which was applied to my LR4 exterior on the recommendation of my cousin. So far the car looks like new despite two Canadian winters, lots of salt and all season off-roading in tight green tracks. Hope you find this helpful.
