Key Replacement - Sources

My GAP tool should be here tomorrow - first task is to program a couple of new keys. Anyone have a good place to buy replacements? There are a pile on ebay, are there any stores you've had luck with?

I need ones with the circuit boards, not just the case.

does anyone know if there are a maximum number of keys that can be programmed to the car?

I have a question on this, we only have 1 key and need to get a new one, saw that Luck8 offers a key with the gap tool, but mentioned having to get it cut. Can any key place do that or do I need to go to a LR dealer to get the key cut?
