There is a Land Rover Service Bulletin about replacing tires due to incorrect alignment specifications set from the factory. (LTB00116) The toe was incorrectly set front and rear causing the tires to wear at an accelerated rate on the inside. Unfortunatly, they cover tires for up to 20k miles. Keeping an eye on your treadwear should be your responsibility, do not rely on the dealership to do this for you.
