LR4 Brakes upgrade

Hi, I have a 2014 Discovery HSE Lux SDV6 (LR4 in the US) and I would like to improve my car's brakes. I love the car, its very comfortable, its fancy, its reliable (up to now), but I feel the brakes could be better, much better.

Do you have any ideas, such as changing the brake disks for bigger ones, changing the brake pads for ceramic brake pads, changing brake callipers????

If you could refer to some brands for this upgrade I would appreciate a lot!
