I'm getting lots of moisture in the headlight of my '04 SE7. I've had 3 bulbs blow and the moisture seems to be the likely culprit. I've had the whole headlight assembly out and can't seem to find the source of the condensation. Any suggestions short of asking the dealer to replace the entire housing under warranty?

Thanks,
Matt

If under warranty, have them fix it.

I will if it comes to that, it's just such a hassle, as the nearest dealer is close to 50mi away. That plus it would be the 5th time at the dealer in the last 60 days...

you can easily use silicon to seal any leaks, but I an not sure if it will be covered under warranty later or not.
