So I am trying to diagnose a lean condition on my 2012 LR2 3.2 liter engine US spec.
I ran across an apparently broken "U"-shaped hose between the engine and the firewall. The hose attaches to a tube with "Jaguar Land Rover BJ32-6822-FA P108D" written on it. I found an assembly for an Evoque that uses the same part number (see photo in flickr album) but I can't find anything online regarding a part on an LR2 with this number. I figure it is a generic Land Rover tube cut and bent for any need.
Any idea what this tube/hose functions as?
Any idea what the U-shaped hose on top of the aforementioned tube attaches to? Whatever it attaches to has disappeared or fallen off my car, I can't find it.
Link to flickr photo album (hope this works):

Thanks.
