I'm glad to see that i'm not alone in my world of hurt! I love my 98 disco but it stopped on the way home the other night and i cant figure out why. I'm getting NO voltage in or out at the inertia switch and only 5.04v. at the fuel pump (not 12v followed by 5.4v. just 5.4v period). I checked the fuses and checked for power to the fuses and the power is getting to the fuse. Theres no pressure in the fuel bar...and of course no fuel. Does this sound like it could be the fuel pump relay? If so which one of the relays near the kick-plate is it? Does the power hit the inertia switch before or after the fuel pump relay? Thanks for having me!

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the fuel pump relay. I never remember which one it is either, but they are all the same relay.... swap them and see if the fuel pump starts.
