O2 wiring

Could someone tell me what wires go where on the rear O2 sensors on my 96 Disco. It is a 4 prong square plug, what color goes to where?
The wiring diagram I have only shows 3 wires and only 2 O2 sensors.

should be the same as the ones on my defender and if I remember correctly I thought there was only three....green, white, red I think?

Did you see 4 wires?

I was wrong. I just checked.

I don't remember when I did the fronts. I bought new ones for the back, they are the ones that have no plug (cheaper). I have to solder my old plugs to the new O2 sensors. The wires are different colors. Just wanted to find where each wire goes where before I dig into them. My book shows ground, ECU and fuel pump relay, 3 wires. The plug is a four prong connector, I'm pretty sure mine had 4 wires.
The new O2 has 1 grey, 1 black and 2 white.
