If you can get this in writing I actually think it is a pretty good deal. I expect that with the MY15 they will have worked out any issues that may occur with the with the new engine/transmission (not suggesting there will be issues) and there may be a couple of other decent tweaks. And you'll be able to drive an LR4 until then. And you get a better deal on the price than anyone else is likely to get. But as spizzi says, I would sleep better at night if it were in writing.

I agree, get it in writing and then when they do the order for the next one, get a copy of the order config. They should be able to provide you with an order sheet that shows exactly the features and config they entered into the system.

For what its worth, I think you have a great looking LR4. Your dealer may have made a mistake, but it wont be long before the correctly optioned vehicle come in.
