just happened tonight at a red light. I stopped at the light, put the trans in neutral and then pulled the park brake lever. the "park brake" light in the dash started flashing and with a fast beeping sound. I released the brake and then applied it again, this time the "Park Brake" light just stayed on as it was supposed to. Released it again and went about my business, everything normal. Came home, parked the car, applied park brakes like i do everytime, and turn off the engine and took the key out, the "park brake" light stayed on. I could not stay out that long as it is freaking cold out tonight so i dont know how long it stayed on...will check tomorrow morning.
