Hi all,
I have Series II SWB (1959) which is in rebuilt condition, engine & gearbox aside as these are still doing good duty.
Over the last six months or so, putting the vehicle into reverse has become increasingly more difficult.
After pushing the lever down, the lever sticks/is very hard to move to the left. Once it has moved to the left, the rest is easy.
Any ideas on the possible cause, perhaps the reverse stop bolt or hinged plate?
All comments greatly appreciated.
